Invited by a long-time friend to present a musical program for her Golden Wedding Anniversary, the Sons of the Salt Fork first played together in 2008. With an interest in the historic tunes of rural West Texas, the Sons  rely on roots music of the people ranging from  folk, gospel  harmonies, early rock and roll to honky tonk.  We specialize in selecting specific songs and styles for your occasion, including  milestone birthdays!    If you are looking for vintage rock and roll, country and western,  standards and western swing, round up the Sons of the Salt Fork for your next party.
We don't play rap, disco, or heavy metal  and WE DON'T RENT PIGS!
